Use one cup of frozen mango and omit the ice.
If you are using a regular blender—not a high-powered blender—you may want to let the mango defrost for about 10 minutes before blending.
Use any milk, dairy or unsweetened non-dairy, such as soy, almond, macadamia, or coconut.
Use frozen mango or a half banana that has been cut into chunks and placed in the freezer.
Combine in a blender mango, milk, ice, yogurt, and honey, if using.
Blend until smooth and frothy.
